I. Pronunciation : /l/ - /r/ - /h/
/l/ : pronouncing of letter “l” : lunch,lovely except : half , talk, calm,.
/r/: pronouncing of letter “r” : pretty,parent,really,.. except : certain, artist, organ,early

II. Grammar 
1) Infinitive :
V + to-infinitive 
V:want,agree,force,mean,seem,demand,expect,offer,hope,refuse,threat,plan,decide,manage,wish,
afford,tend, prepare,promise,need,fail,arrange,choose,learn,volunteer,would like,would love,would prefer,..
 Eg: I hope to see you soon.
V + O + to-infinitive / not to-infinitive =>V:advise,allow,tell,ask,invite,permit,order,have,get,teach,persuade,remind,encourage,
 warn,cause,forbid,help,require,want,..
 Eg : She has a bus to catch .
Ad jective + to-infinitive => Adj: lovely,delighted,happy,glad,easy,able,nice,great.
 Eg: It’s glad to see you again.
Noun/pronoun + to-infinitive ( dạng rút gọn của mệnh đề quan hệ)
Eg : there’s a lot of lesson which I have to do => there’s a lot of lesson to do
Too + adj (for sb) + to-infinitive
Eg : This tea is too hot (for me) to drink.
Enough + noun + to-infinitive / adjective + enough + to-infinitive
Eg : I’ve got enough money to buy this car. / The street isn’t safe enough to walk at night.
Express a purpose Eg : I went out to do some shopping.
NOTE: Passive infinitive : (have passive meaning)
	 	 V + to –inf => We want to invite them to the party.
	= V + to be + V3/Ved => They want to be invited to the party.
 	 2) Gerund :
	a) V + V-ing
	 V:avoid,consider,miss,practise,enjoy,mind,suggest,dislike,risk,,admit,quit,mention,deny,
delay,postpone,appreciate,mention,finish,keep,resist,.
	Eg : He dislikes having to go to work on Sunday.
	b) Preposition + V-ing 
Such as : give up, look forward to, be interested in, be good at, coun on, go on, instead of, 
be used to / get used to , be keen on/ be fond of , think of, wait for .
	Eg: She is looking forward to meeting him.
	c) After expressions: can’t help, can’t stand, it’s no use/good, have trouble, it's worth,feel like 
	Eg: I can’t stand being stuck in traffic jams.
NOTE : Passive gerund : ( have passive meaning)
 	 V + V-ing => They disliked taking me to the zoo when I was a child
	= V + being + V3/Ved => I disliked being taken to the zoo when I was a child.
NOTE :
* Remember/forget +to-inf :nhớ/quên làm gì (chưa xảy ra) 	=>Eg: Please remember to close the door before going out.
* Remember/forget +V-ing:nhớ/quên đã làm gì ( đã xảy ra)	 =>Eg : I remembered closing the door before going out.
* Try + to-inf : cố gắng làm gì 	=>	Eg : I try to pass the exam.
* Try + V-ing : thử làm gì 	 =>	Eg : I try lifting the table but I can’t .
* Stop + to-inf : dừng lại để làm gì 	=>	Eg : I stop to fill the car up with petrol.
* Stop + V-ing : dừng việc đang làm 	 =>	Eg : stop making noise,please
NOTE : see/ hear / watch / feel / notice/ smell + Vo / V-ing
	Eg : I heard them talk in the next room.
	 I heard them talking in the next room.
** 	Need + to-inf : 	 i need to get some sleep.
	Need + V-ing : this wall needs painting.
	Need + to be done : 	 this wall needs to be painted.
**	Used to + Vo (đã thường): 	Eg : he used to get up early
	Be used to / get used to + V-ing (quen với việc gì): 	Eg : he’s used to getting up at 5:00 am
** 	Advise/ permit/ allow/ recommend + V-ing/ O + to-inf	
	Eg : They allow parking here = they allow me to park here .
