Duong is a seventeen-year-

As part of the Certificate in English Language Teaching (CELT) program, 
four hours of free English classes were offered weekly to our university 
students and language learners from the wider community. 
The Center’s free English classes are very popular and provide a great 
experience for our trainee teachers. These general English classes cover 
the four main skills of listening, reading, writing and speaking. The 
classes are offered in three levels: Beginning, Pre-intermediate and 
Intermediate.

summer 2016. 
All classes are in the morning (Pick one day for Listening and Speaking, 
and another for Reading and Writing)

Kot is not like any other foreign investors in Vietnam that I have met. 
His full name is Rafi Kot, the 55-year-old general director of Family Medical Practice Vietnam, 
a chain of healthcare clinics with eight facilities in the whole country. Kot arrived in Vietnam in 1988, 
maybe earlier than most other foreign investors, and has been staying since then and may stay 
forever. For a man who speaks of himself as a perfectionist, Kot says he cannot just leave Vietnam yet
