- Ask.
- Read the title of the unit.
- Point at each picture and ask:
? Who is this
? What are they talking about
- Look at the pictures and answer 
- Read sentence by sentence.
- Listen and repeat.
- Voc. : headache, temprature, take
- Write the new vocabulary on the board.

	Pupils will be able to pronounce correctly the sounds of the letters arm as in arm and those of the letter ear as in ear. 
 to listen and number the pictures in the order they hear.

I. Warm up
- Display their homelink drawing of the body parts. Then they play the game Slap that word, using the words indicating the body parts.
II. Present the new lesson 
1. Listen and repeat
- Ask.
- Draw their attention to the sounds of the letters arm as in arm and those of the letter ear as in ear. 
 - Read.
- Open the books.
- Listen and repeat a few times.
2. Listen and read together
- Read each line, clap your hand: one clap for the words for arm, farm and two claps for the words ear, appear, hear, clear.
- Play the recording twice.
- Listen for the 1st time. Listen and repeat, clap at the focus words.
3. Group and say aloud
- Ask.
- Look at the chart and the word box.
- Check if the students understand the activity.
- Ask.

- Read the word again.
- Do the task individually. Then check in pairs.
- Some pupis report their answer to the class.

 one st says the expressions. The other do the actions. The sts who have the correct actions will stay in the group. If not, they are out. The group with the most sts left win.

- Pronounce correctly arm as in arm and those of the letter ear as in ear.

- Practise saying the expressions to play the games Simon says at home.
