Teaching aims: By the end of the lesson students will able to:
Distinguish the clusters: /∫r/; spl/; /spr/.
Pronounce the words and dialogue containing these clusters correctly
 Review the relative clause.
 Use participle and to infinitive to replace relative clause
Use these to solve communicative tasks.

I.Warm-up: Clap the board:
 - Key words:

-Instructing how to play to Ss.
-Dividing class into 2 groups. Each group has 8 students, go to the board and clap the word on the board.
- If which group clap more words, this group will be the winner.
-Paying attention.

II. Pronunciation:
 /∫r/, /spl/, / spr/
- Introducing /∫r/, /spl/, / spr/ cluster consonant souds.
- Explaining the way how to pronounce these sounds:
+ Pronouncing this cluster consonant sound /∫r/, the sound /∫/ is pronounced more strongly than the sound /r/.
+ Pronouncing this cluster consonant sounds / spl/, /spr/, the sound /p/ is pronounced more smoothly and softly than the sounds /r/, /s/ and /l/
-Asking students to open the book
 1. Activity 1: Listen and read 
- Reading run through these words
- Asking students to read after teacher
- Calling on students to read again these words and correct if students’ mistake
2. Activity 2: Practice reading aloud these sentences: (At home)

Grammar: 
Reduced clauses by participles and to infinitives:
- Asking students to answer some questions:
 + How many kinds of relative clauses have you learnt? What are they?
 + Introducing: “today, we are going to learn about another kind of relative clause. This is reduced relative clause.
- Looking at 4 pairs of sentences :
Examples:
1. The girl who talked with me yesterday is Lan
=> The girl talking with me yesterday is Lan
2. The man who was standing next to the window is my friend
- The man standing next to the window is my friend
3. The book which was published last week is written for children
- The book published last week is written for children 
4. This was the last person who left the classroom
- This was the last person to leave the classroom.
Notes:
a. If the main verb in relative clause carries out active meaning, relative clause can be replaced by past participle (V- ing).
b. If the main verb in relative clause carries out passive meaning, relative clause can be replaced by past participle (V-ed/3)
c. Relative clause can be replaced by to infinitive as follows:
