Quy định :
1) Thớ sinh phải ghi đầy đủ cỏc mục ở phần trờn theo hướng dẫn của giỏm thị. 
2) Thớ sinh làm bài trực tiếp vào bản đề thi cú phỏch đớnh kốm này.
3) Thớ sinh khụng được kớ tờn hay dựng bất cứ kớ hiệu gỡ để đỏnh dấu bài thi, ngoài việc làm bài thi theo yờu cầu của đề thi.
4) Bài thi khụng được viết bằng mực đỏ, bỳt chỡ; khụng viết bằng hai thứ mực. Phần viết hỏng, ngoài cỏch dựng thước để gạch chộo, khụng được tẩy xoỏ bằng bất cứ cỏch gỡ kể cả bỳt xoỏ. Chỉ được làm bài trờn bản đề thi được phỏt, khụng làm bài ra cỏc loại giấy khỏc. Khụng làm ra mặt sau của của tờ đề thi.
5) Trỏi với cỏc điều trờn, thớ sinh sẽ bị loại.
