 	Every year students in many countries learn English. Some of them are young children. Others are teenagers. Many are adults. Some learn at school. Others study by (1)_____. Listening Part ONE
One: Well I have a cable TV, so what I do is tape the English language news. Then I can listen to it as often as I want to and practice. Also I like English movies so I watch them as well.
Two: What I’d really like to do is to travel to English-speaking countries and use English there, but I can’t afford it, so I go to an English-speaking club and chat with the English speakers there. It’s a great way to meet people!
Three: You know, there are lots of really cool sites on the Internet where you can download English songs. Then I can practice the songs at home. It really helps when I go to Karaoke!

Host: Mary, can I introduce you to Gianni? He’s studying 
 English here in Bournemouth. 
Mary: Hello. Pleased to meet you.
