Texting is a new way of exchanging information, and it becoming more and more popular among the young. In face , texting is clearly affecting language. There are no rules for it. We are creating a new aspect of vocabulary and opening up anew kind of playful and that’s fine, but some people are worried abour the affects it mught have on child’ ability to read and write. But not everyone is so worried. An expert says , “ Every time anew medium comes along it has an effect on language but this doesn’t destroy the existing language, it adds to it .” In text massages, may words come from shorthand created in email such as CUS (See you soon) and so on. Someone says , “ Mostly they are origineal, but sometimes you get a class of meanings. For example. LOL can mean both Laugh Out Loud and lots of Love. That could lead to some misunderstaning.”
There is no rules for texting.

THE GREAT HANSHIN EARTHQUAKE
The Great Hanshin earthquake, or the Kobe earthquake as it is more commonly known oversea, was an earthquake in Japan that measured 7.3 on the Japan 
Meteorological Agency magnitude scale. It occurred on January 17th, 1995 at 5:46 a.m. in the southern part of Hyogo Perfecture, and lasted for approximately
20 seconds. The epicenter of the earthquake was on the northern end of Awaji Island near Kobe, a cosmopolitan city of over 1.5 million people. A total of 6,434 people, mainly in the city of Kobe, lost their lives. Additionally, it caused
